Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping may become available in the future.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is entered, 2Cold is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, 2Cold is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist you.
Delayed Shipments
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the claim and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
