At 2Cold, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
Customers may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be in their original condition and packaging.
- Not show signs of wear, damage, stains, or odors.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or in the wrong size (subject to availability).
If your desired size is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be offered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A description of the issue
We will work quickly to resolve the problem.
